Businesses using Remote Deposit Capture are obligated to securely store the original checks and destroy them after an established period of time. Stored images of all deposited checks are available for 60 days, then easily exportable images can be saved and archived to your computer indefinitely. 

How it works

1. Add up the checks in your deposit and enter a control total.
2. Checks are virtually endorsed.
3. Place checks in scanner to create images.
4. Verify and reconcile any differences between scanned checks and control total.
5. Once your deposit is balanced, transmit deposit to your ANBTX business checking account.
6. We will send you a deposit confirmation email.
